Left my last dentist because of a bad experience and my first visit at Seven Star was very professional. They aren’t even really in my network but I don’t care, I’d rather have great service. So far the intake and care is outstanding.

Very friendly and professional. They also have tvs in front of the chairs so you can watch Netflix while you wait. Definitely made the appointment go by faster.

All the staff at Seven Star Dental are amazing. From right when you walk in till you leave, you feel like they really care about your dental wellbeing and about you personally. It's a painless nonstressful experience going to the dentist when it comes to Dr Bustamante and her staff. If I could give 10 Stars I would!! If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further!

I recently moved to Cincinnati and had no idea where to go for a clean up after my last check up 8 months ago. After my visit today as a new patient, I am pleased to say that this place is the best dental practice I have seen! I assumed that brushing 2x day, flossing, and whitening strips were all the knowledge I needed for self- care, and oh was I wrong! I was guided by K, the dental assistant, who was super informative while performing performax, X-rays, and intraoral scans, which were all insightful and helped me to understand future problems that can occur in minute things like my chewing habits! K , Dr Bustamante, and Malia were extremely patient & professional in addressing my concerns and follow up questions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for personalized care!!

Very nice and clean place Staff was professional and one person stand out above all Rachel ..she explained every detail of what to expect from top to bottom of my procedure.she went above her duties to make me feel comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about Seven Star Dental, Dr. Bustamante, and the entire staff. Over the past few months I’ve had a lot of dental work done, and every single visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Bustamante is incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable. The staff is just as amazing, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish. One thing that made a huge difference for me is that she is fluent in Spanish. As a native speaker, that made me feel much more comfortable and fully informed throughout the entire process. They’ve made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dental team.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Phenomenal service from everyone from start to finish. They took amazing care of me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about providing the best experience possible. Easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Special shoutout to Kimmary the D.A. & Dr. Bustamante, for being absolutely awesome throughout the process. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive energy made the entire experience even better! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that truly treats you like family.
